Meet:

What is your name?
Tess

What is your position at MWP?
Change Agent

What is the reason you decided to work for MWP?
The people at MWP are all special people with all their own characters. MWP is no ordinary
training agency, we do cool experience-oriented things that have an impact and that are just
a little bit different. I wanted to be part of that!

What is your guilty pleasure?
I sometimes read the Grazia. And I like to sing very loud in the car.

Did you know that I …?
lived in Africa for a few years when I was as a little girl. And that I love to eat with my hands,
also in restaurants, which is also a guilty pleasure.

If you’re having a bad day; what do you do to make yourself feel better?
I meditate or eat chocolate, and I try very hard to laugh about myself.

What is the best advice you have ever received?
Always trust yourself and follow your heart …

What is your proudest achievement?
That I have more and more created the life I once dreamed of, I have freedom, I make
beautiful trips, I am always learning, I do what I really enjoy most and that doing so is also
my job

What has had an impact on you or has changed you?
Life in Africa, which was very different from my life in the Netherlands in every way.
And then my parents split up and I went back to the Netherlands alone with my mother and
sister. My father returned a year later. That was a very difficult time, when suddenly
everything was different. It has also made me flexible and independent. In addition, my
travels through Indonesia, and my “expeditions” on uninhabited islands. That makes me
appreciate the little things we often think of as normal..

Which quote is meaningful for you?

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine." Marianne Williamson, en gebruikt door Nelson Mandela in zijn inauguratie speech.
