We are for real
The coffee machine, that's where the real conversations often take place. That has always intrigued me. What does it take to move those conversations into the meeting room? I have learned that this only happens if I take the first step myself. And that is what this work is about for me. Using your real self as a tool.
We are of the wall
I actually consider myself quite normal. I love playing outdoors, cooking outside and making music. Furthermore, I have pretty much the same hobbies as my 3-year-old son. In addition, I have background in Data & IT and have led within consultancy and scale-up companies. As a result, I sometimes have just a different perspective than other trainer/coaches.
We innovate for tomorrow
This has been my biggest pitfall for a long time. I was often too quick to focus on what could be done better, how we could achieve even more growth or work together more finely. I have since brought more balance to this. But if you ask me to innovate, I still like to think along with you!
We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee
I sometimes get back that I am disarming. That is for others to judge. What I do know is that I like to pay attention and return my observations. I am convinced that I can say anything to others if it comes from a good intention.
We score without compromises
Restless and never satisfied, that's what I used to think I was. Now I know that my engine is to ensure that I am only satisfied when it really feels right and right.
