Personal data and processing purposes
MW offers business education, training and coaching services. In order to keep business records and perform these services, we may process the personal data of client contacts and participants of the training or coaching sessions. This includes (first and last) name, gender, (business) email and (business) telephone number. Following the training and coaching sessions, we also prepare certain reports (in particular on the progress of the role plays) for our client.
Insofar as we have a business relationship with you or your organisation, you will also occasionally receive communication by e-mail about our services and relevant developments related to them. Should you not (or no longer) appreciate such communications, it is possible at any time to unsubscribe via a link in the relevant e-mail.
In addition, we use a website linked to the domain name . Through the website, we may also process personal data. For example, via the contact page, you have the opportunity to contact us and ask questions. In this context, you need to enter your name and e-mail address. MW processes this data in order to respond to your question or request.
If you visit our website, we further store the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer or tablet. This technical information is used to manage the website and ensure it functions optimally, resolve technical faults and improve the accessibility of certain parts of the website.
We also use Google Analytics, which is set up privacy-friendly in compliance with the guidelines of the Personal Data Authority.

MW remains responsible for these processing operations.
We share the reports (related to role plays) following a training and coaching session you participated in with your employer (our client).
Personal data will not be transferred to parties and/or countries outside the European Economic Area.
Retention period
We will not retain your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which the personal data was obtained. You have the right at any time to request us to delete the data earlier. Your personal data will in that case be removed, unless these data may or must be kept (partly) longer on the grounds of applicable statutory retention periods. If you have unsubscribed yourself from our newsletter, we will remove your personal data as soon as possible.
Request for inspection, correction and other rights
In addition to requesting the deletion of your personal data, you also have the right to request inspection, amendment, addition or transfer of your personal data. You can also submit a request to restrict or object to certain data processing. To do so, you can send us a request in writing or by e-mail using the contact details below.
Upon receipt of a request, we will respond within the statutory period of four weeks.
