At Mind Work Productions, we are all about clarity and authenticity. Our manifesto lays down the basic principles that guide us and to which we are committed. It is an expression of what drives us and how we operate. Our DNA goes deeper and reflects the unique values, identity and culture that define us. It forms the essence of who we are, how we work and what you recognise us by - the fundamental pillars that set us apart and give direction to everything we do.

Our manifesto summarises the principles that are important to Mind Work Productions. So you know what we stand for and can decide whether you want to connect with us - as a client, employee, partner or friend. Everything we do contributes to these principles.

Change as a common thread: Make change matter

Change is pretty much the only constant in our world today. Whether we initiate the change ourselves, or whether it happens to us, we live in a world that has never been more complex, complicated or in flux. So change is inevitable, but what we ourselves do with that change, in that we have a choice. Whether we, as people, as leaders or as an organisation, learn something from it is up to us. We ourselves give meaning to our change.

2.

Change always starts with one person being affected

People are the most important success factor in any change process. But at the same time, people are often only able to change when they really feel that something should or can be done differently. That is why we help individuals discover their personal power to change. We touch them with special interventions, get them moving and ensure that insights stick. This is how we help bring about meaningful and lasting change.

We are trigger for change 

For us, personal attention is the key to success. We do whatever it takes to be the trigger for change. We inspire, touch, mirror and discuss to make someone take a step forward. The uncomfortable moments are usually the most impactful learning moments. It takes courage to face that battle with yourself and sometimes with others. But we do it together. In an atmosphere where you can practice and try things out. And fortunately, apart from painful obstacles, you encounter at least as many glorious experiences and moments along the way.

Anyone can change their environment

We believe everyone can take personal leadership. Whether you are a formal leader or not. We show people that much more is possible than they think. That they can dream of new opportunities and ignore limiting thoughts. When people are aware of their potential, they not only develop themselves. They also inspire those around them to get moving.

We guide individuals, teams and organisations to discover new opportunities and change their mindset. Our aim is not only to provide perspective, but we actively contribute to linking the new mindset to practice. We believe in the social domino effect as the driving force behind a community of meaningful people. Growth of people, growth of organisations and growth of their environment ultimately leads to a better world.
