Heineken raised the bar with their 'Grensverleggers' talent programme, a fresh and inspiring approach to talent development aimed at unlocking each participant's full potential. The adventure began with a vibrant selection round, followed by an energetic kick-off that set the tone for an unforgettable experience.

ORDINA

At Ordina, the future of young talent is a top priority. Every year, a new batch of around 100 ambitious young professionals embark on a challenging two-year programme designed to not only enhance their subject matter knowledge, but also develop their personal and professional skills. This all-encompassing programme, a co-production with Mind Work Productions, has proven to be a successful incubator for professionals within Ordina since 2019.
