We are for real
Personal contact and a good connection are a must for me to be my optimal self. Both in business and in private, this means being sincere, honest and open. Making yourself vulnerable, but sometimes also standing firm. The former has never been a problem for me, but with adolescents at home and since I started working as a trainer a few years ago, those shoes fit well.
We are of the wall
Since my childhood, I have actually always felt a bit different, but have never experienced that as a problem. I always manage to look at things in a slightly different way, sometimes to the hilarity of my family. Often it is unconscious, but certainly in training sessions it is very conscious, because it is far too much fun to throw in the occasional plottwist, seeking out discomfort in a fine way. By looking at a situation with different glasses and exploring it further with each other, you always come up with solutions you didn't think about before.
We innovate for tomorrow
If you do what you did, you get what you got. A statement my father used to make. And he was right. Taking a step forward every day and sometimes getting on your face is the best way to learn. A little free play or monkey cage will give you the best ideas. And although standing still is always considered going backwards, sometimes it is important to look back and reflect.
We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee
Change only comes about if you create an environment in which people also feel the space to change (the adventure zone). In my view, harsh confrontation creates just the opposite. People often call me friendly but razor-sharp. My approach is with fun and a smile but always with the end goal in mind.
We score without compromises
Clients appreciate me because I get things moving without losing the employee in it. Because only together can we get the most out of our valuable journey. Once we have explored the question behind the question together and we know what we are working towards, I step in with passion. And are things going too fast? A little backlash works wonders....
