The mix of commercial background and Systemic Work allows Bryan to play with intellect and intuition. And can work with the upper and lower stream of teams and organisations. With creative and surprising working methods, he often has unexpectedly haunting impact on the people he works with.
We innovate for tomorrow
Bryan reads everything there is to read when it comes to personal and team development and especially Systemic Work. Every year, he attends at least 1 or 2 training courses to gain new insights and experience for himself what he shares with others in practice.
We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee
Seeing what is not seen. Listening to what is said between the lines. Acknowledging what may not be there. Appreciating and working with what is, and daring to act accordingly. Looking for that field of tension is what I try to do every day with my work.
We score without compromises
Bryan doesn't necessarily dislike compromise. As long as it is clear that it is a compromise. After all, the world is not black and white. And I want to colour it more beautiful left or right.
