Since childhood, I have been like a fish out of water when I surround myself with people. Being together and working together is something that energises me. However, this is only when there is sincerity and vulnerability, in whatever form. At Mind Work, this was a match from the start.

What people say about me is that I always ask questions, wherever I am or go. Curiosity and genuine interest in the other person drives me to ask these questions. This comes naturally. Being open to everything that comes my way and approaching it positively has already brought me a lot in my life.

A safe and sincere collaboration is what I strive for with my clients. You build this by asking sincere questions and showing interest, but also by not avoiding the difficult questions. Confronting what I see and feel and putting something on the table that the other person finds difficult is part of it. That deepens the relationship and makes the cooperation stronger.
We score without compromises
We go for change that is meaningful. If I come to a company and I feel we have to run a programme it is time to ask questions. Should we not come out of this then I don't step in.
