We are for real
My girlfriends used to think I was too direct, I didn't understand that because to me it was just being honest. I now understand that it is not so black and white, but for me honesty remains one of my most important core values so very nice that it is also so important for MWP.
We are of the wall
For a long time I considered myself a bit standard and ordinary and admired people who really dare to be different, I still admire those people because I actually like different, if everything is too much the same like with groups of people or work, I feel a lot of resistance and want to leave.
We innovate for tomorrow
My focus is always on improving or setting up training, teams and people-centred organisational processes and or developing myself, among other things. This is a fine quality and sometimes restless. And at the same time, I am also increasingly discovering that preserving things is also very important, such as deploying rituals and traditions.
We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee
I think it is important to build trust in a relationship. So even in training sessions, I first make good contact with participants, put them at ease. Only then can I really work with people & groups and create space for learning and discomfort.
We score without compromises
I don't show it but I am quite fanatical and like to be among the best. That is why it is so nice that I was allowed to join MWP - because we are simply the best at what we do....
