You build your own client portfolio, manage a team of trainers and create impact that lasts. Not by selling standard solutions. But by always asking the question behind the question.
This is not a function for someone who wants to claim hours. This is a role for someone who wants to do business with us.
What do we do?
Mind Work Productions is your partner for organisational development. We support the growth of individuals, teams and organisations in four key areas: cultural development, leadership development, team development and personal development. We always take a holistic approach — because sustainable change requires a focus on the bigger picture.
What are you going to do?
Commerce. You are an account manager. You know your clients, nurture those relationships and advise them on their L&D needs. You draft detailed proposals, monitor your pipeline and proactively contribute ideas on what a client needs — even if they haven’t quite realised it themselves yet.
Contents. You work from our vision on organisational development: The Diamond. You have expertise in culture, leadership, team development, and personal development. You translate an organisation's KPIs into focused L&D interventions. You lead an analysis and design phase in co-production with the client. You manage a team of trainers during the implementation phase for quality and sit down with your client to discuss progress.
Project Management. You ensure that everything runs smoothly: from kick-off to evaluation, from budgeting to invoicing. You’re highly organised and transparent with both clients and the team.
Development. You embody the MWP essence. You connect with our platform for entrepreneurs and, through our MWAcademy, you'll learn from fellow colleagues and experts.
What do you earn?
You are self-employed and you can choose between the €75,000 and €150,000 manufacture depending on your portfolio and approach. You are quite literally building your own shop.
What are we asking of you?
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in L&D, organisational development, training, or a similar field.
- Demonstrable commercial track recordYou have acquired customers, built relationships, and know what it means to generate revenue.
- You are a solid conversation partner at all levels — from HR manager to the boardroom.
- You can lead projects and manage a team of trainers.
- You are curious, unconventional and likes to go off the beaten track.
- You are real. You take yourself with you, including the uncomfortable part.
