To further strengthen our commercial prowess, we are seeking an intern to help us take sales to a higher level.
What are you going to do?
As a commercial intern, you will be part of the commercial team at Mind Work Productions. You will support a variety of tasks in the areas of business development, sales, and client journeys. You will be given ample opportunity to contribute ideas, take initiative, and develop yourself.
- Business development & sales You support commercial processes, for example by thinking about customer approaches, preparing conversations, following up on leads, and by helping to draft proposals and presentations.
- Market analysis & research You research interesting markets, sectors, and organisations for Mind Work Productions. You analyse trends and translate your insights into concrete commercial opportunities.
- Programmes & customer journeys You will assist with the preparation and delivery of programmes and sessions for clients. This will give you a first-hand insight into how we work on leadership, collaboration and behavioural development within organisations.
- CRM & structure You will help structure and keep our CRM system up-to-date, so that commercial information remains clear and usable for the team.
Who are you?
- You are following a higher professional education (hbo) or university (wo) course in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Business Innovation, or a similar field.
- You are commercially minded and enjoy thinking about growth and new opportunities.
- You have strong analytical skills and are able to turn information into clear insights
- You have good communication skills, are proactive and are not afraid to take the initiative
- You are interested in organisations, leadership and human behaviour.
- You are available at least 3 days per week

Practical information
- Start date & duration: in consultation, preferably for a period of 6 months or more.
- Location: our office in Amsterdam. We operate on a hybrid basis: on average, you’ll be in the office two days a week, and on the other days you’ll work flexibly from home or on site at clients’ premises.
- Support: You’ll be assigned a dedicated mentor from the commercial team. You’ll have a weekly one-to-one meeting to discuss your progress, learning objectives and development. What’s more, colleagues from across the team will actively support you – communication lines are short, and you’ll never be left to your own devices.
