We are for real

As a trainer, I don't take on a role: I simply come as David. With my energy, curiosity, and also my probing questions. My background as a psychologist means I'm used to getting to the heart of the matter quickly, always with genuine interest. As a child (and still sometimes), it was difficult for me to always ask ‘why?’. Now, I channel this drive to discover into investigating where the potential for growth lies.

We are of the wall

Change only happens when you dare to let go of the familiar. That's why in my training sessions, you'll sometimes encounter surprising methods or assignments, always with the aim of effective development. Whether it's different from what you're used to or feels a bit strange at first: as long as it contributes to the goal, we'll go for it.

We innovate for tomorrow

I continuously learn and experiment. From new stress management techniques to fresh approaches in leadership or team development programmes. Everything I use in a training session, I have tested and applied myself in practice.

We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee

In training sessions, I easily move along with the group. Sometimes I'm the coach who motivates, sometimes the opponent who challenges. I don't shy away from confrontation, but I always ensure it remains safe. Growth is simply easier when you step into the ring with confidence.

We score without compromises

For me, training is only successful if something changes in practice. Nice insights are great, but I want participants to be able to put them into practice the very next day. My approach is therefore always practical and focused: with energy, humour, and clear steps towards results.
