BACKGROUND
Grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. After a brief legal career, started as a management trainee at a Dutch multinational. Subsequently, I developed myself further in (leadership) roles within the business (commercial, strategy, retail) and in HR (learning, talent & leadership development).

“Better a whole person than a good person.” (Carl Jung). From genuine curiosity and without judgment, I invite you to Everything to emerge. Even those parts that are exciting and uncomfortable. This is how you discover new territory, release potential, and let energy flow! It's liberating, because you become more and more yourself.

I've worked with technical experts, fast-paced sales people, sharp tax advisors, operational branch managers, ambitious trainees, busy directors… My talent is to adapt and connect. Because whatever the role, I'm curious about the person, and there's always a connection to be found if you move authentically and with an open mind.
We innovate for tomorrow
From my entrepreneurial spirit, I am always looking for ways to improve. For me, ‘better’ means increasing personal effectiveness and job satisfaction. Given my pragmatism, I'm not one for grand, sweeping innovations. I believe the power lies in a combination of manageable experiments, humour, and solid commitment: clear agreements and sticking to them. That's how something truly gets off the ground.
We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee
I'm told by those around me that I am both warm and sharp. My strength lies in creating a safe space where people feel brave enough to open up. From there, I sometimes share confronting observations and ask direct questions. That's not always comfortable, but if it resonates, we're on the right track: that's when we get to what it's really about. Always with compassion and with the intention to take sustainable steps.
We score without compromises
I don't do it for less than real impact! For me, a journey begins with truly understanding a client's challenge and having honest conversations about expectations and possibilities. Throughout our collaboration, we maintain close contact and adjust as needed. For me, it's a success if it has truly made a difference.
