We are for real

I have always chosen my own path and have been self-employed for almost my entire working life. Because of the choices I've made - and because I've gone down hard at times - I've become accustomed to being open and honest about my process. As a result, I am not afraid (anymore) to be vulnerable. I strongly believe that openness and authenticity are the basis for growth, and for me that also means daring to be vulnerable. We all see the funny sides on Instagram, but what is it really about?

We are of the wall

I have a great passion for playback and karaoke, and - especially at home - perform enthusiastically for my family with some regularity. My musical talent is limited, so it's mainly about commitment and show...
I also love naps and am a big fan of a power nap or meditation during the day. For this reason, there is a couch in my office that exactly fits me, and on which I regularly take a nap.

We innovate for tomorrow

'If you want different, you have to do different.' I am always developing and am also a nerd who loves learning. In my professional career, I like to seek growth and the edges of my comfort zone. For instance, through courses, in-depth modules and training. But also through reflection and awareness-raising exercises. Privately, actually, too. I am curious about why I 'am as I am and do as I do'. I have tried most forms of therapy and I see personal development as just as important a part of my life as work or income. What we know for sure is that everything changes. To me, continuing to grow and develop throughout your life is a logical consequence of that.

We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee

I am decisive and direct on the one hand, and gentle and approachable at the same time. I know how to share my own vulnerability and bring vulnerability into a group in a light and cheerful way. In doing so, I find it important that people feel comfortable and safe with me.
At the same time, I believe real growth requires dwelling on the less 'nice' or comfortable sides too. Sometimes that means confrontation, being direct or touching a pain point - and I don't shy away from that confrontation.
If I had to describe myself in two words, they would be 'soft & strong'.

We score without compromises

I am bad at doing things 'halfway', so always go all the way. In coaching or training, I always ask myself the question: what makes this relevant? Why are we doing this? And what really helps this team or this person. (Keeping) asking myself if I am the right person and always asking for feedback helps me stay sharp.
