From a young age, I feel most at ease when I am with people. I get energy from contact and cooperation, especially when these are based on honesty and authenticity. At Mind Work, I immediately felt that these values are central, making it a natural and inspiring environment for me to work in.
We are of the wall
My career is a colourful mix of experiences: from teaching in front of the classroom to realising and running a pop-up bar-restaurant and hotel or producing commercials. I love variety and am most in my element when I can deal with different challenges. That variety keeps me on my toes and ensures that I always keep working with enthusiasm.
We innovate for tomorrow
For a long time, I worried about what I wanted to be later, but now I realise that there is no need to know. Instead, it is about the path I take. Self-development and learning are ongoing processes for me. I constantly challenge myself by taking on various assignments, thus discovering new perspectives and growing. My broad interest in people and life helps me enormously in this process. By listening carefully, I learn more not only about others but also about myself, and that inspires me to keep developing.
We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee
Using humour after a direct or difficult conversation makes it easier to broach difficult topics while maintaining rapport. Indeed, there is always a message behind every joke, and it helps me stay both open and empathetic in my communication. At the same time, it puts everything into perspective, and what could be better than being able to laugh together?

When I put my energy into something, I do it with complete dedication. For me, it is not about achieving as many ambitious goals as possible, but about really being there and contributing with the right energy. Loyal to my work and the people around me, I strive to work in a way that is both genuine and effective.
