We are for real

If I have learnt one thing in my career, it is this: most conflicts and challenges in a team or organisation start (and are perpetuated by) our ego. I love creating spaces where people (myself included) help each other become more self-aware, authentic and empathetic.

We are of the wall

We've all been there... Focusing on (horizontal) growth so we can do more, achieve more and have more. But I get fascinated and humbled every time I choose depth (vertical) over breadth. When we grow vertically, letting go of fear, beautiful things happen, both in the training space and in life.

We innovate for tomorrow

For me, innovation is creativity, and I believe we are all creators... Only sometimes we forget. Whether we are conscious of it or not, we (co)create the cultures we work in, the conditions we live in, and what we have accepted as our limitations. Similarly, every other opportunity is waiting for us and requires us to stop for a moment, slow down, and ask the right questions. My job is to help others do just that, to discover and unlock what is knocking on our door.

We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee

For most of my life, I have avoided conflict. But this wonderful industry has shown me that it is right there... in the conflict, where deep and meaningful change lies. In this VUCA world, that is what takes us from change to transformation, shattering our fixed worldviews and opening the door to new possibilities and paradigms.

We score without compromises

This is a tricky one, because we know that what we (people, organisations) want is often not what we really need. It is in my DNA to look deeper into the root cause of problems and challenges, and work on those very things. But how do we still do that while respecting of the other person's own journey, speed and preferences. Refining my approach to be of service to each group is both a science and an art that I am still learning from.
