We are for real

Simplicity is one of my core values. If you see me, there are few bells and whistles - apart from usually big earrings - to be seen. I like sporty and basic: in terms of both clothes and lifestyle. I also like simplicity in my way of working and training. This leaves room for surprises and depth, and makes it easier to get to the core.

We are of the wall

I like to think of myself as an explorer. When I wake up in a new place, I prefer to immediately put on my trail running shoes - “just exploring the area”. Off the beaten track, continuing to surprise myself (a life lesson from my mother), being open to the unexpected. With my family, I have been really ‘off the wall’ for a longer period of time twice already. If you are interested, I would be happy to tell you more about that!

We innovate for tomorrow

For me, innovation is not necessarily faster, more or more digital. It is daring to experiment, making new connections - even with what has been around for centuries. In 2023, I underwent extensive wilderness guide training, increasingly integrating the wisdom of nature into my work as a trainer, facilitator and coach.

We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee

After previous (English-language) trainings, I was compared to “a powerful mother lioness” and “a caring and energetic butterfly”.”
“You stand up or push when needed and create safety and care as a base. Checking in with each one of us in a light way - I feel seen and understood. Energising the group by your presence with good focus on what's needed.”

In short: next to the butterfly, not a bee, but a lioness.

We score without compromises

Having an impact with what you do - that feels good. That's what I'm going for.
With age comes not only wrinkles (lots of laugh lines in my case) and grey (somewhat thin) hair, but also a certain calmness to be more and more completely myself in my interactions. Therein lies strength. Being action- and result-oriented is in my nature, but I dare to trust the process more and more.
By the way, I still really score - but mostly on the tennis court.
