BACKGROUND
5 years + coaching and trainer experience

We are for real
For me, being real means: daring to show myself as a leader, especially when things are tense. By really connecting with myself, I can really be there for others and invite them to open up. I like to discuss what is not visible, but can be felt. Humour helps, because often a smile breaks the tension and creates space for trust, safety and the real conversation.
We are of the wall
Being real is also: daring to be different. That takes guts - which fortunately have grown over the years. Partly because I have allowed myself to be vulnerable - call it vulnerable force - but also thanks to my sense of humour and a healthy dose of self-mockery. By not always taking everything (including myself!) too seriously, I create space for authenticity and connection. And to avoid any misunderstandings: I am not talking about laughing away - you won't get away with that with me.
We innovate for tomorrow
For me, curiosity is the key to progress. It means learning from everything and everyone that comes my way, and taking those insights into tomorrow. It's not always about doing everything radically different, but about continuing to learn from the here and now. Innovation is often in small adjustments: fine-tuning, evaluating, improving. What works can stay, but innovation remains important. Being open to change creates room for growth - both in my work and in myself.
We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee
Meanwhile, I confidently dare to say that I can put others at ease in a very natural way, making them really dare to open up. And then a connection can arise. From that connection, I hold up a loving but clear mirror to the other person. I take my intuition with me, and if I can and continue to use it - as I experience daily in sessions - we get exactly to where it should really be about. I don't scour away the discomfort that arises, but rather use it. Not infrequently I hear back that people share more with me and come to really valuable, lasting insights than they had expected beforehand. Whether it is in one-on-one sessions or in team sessions, I invite the other person to fully reveal themselves from that depth and really show up.
We score without compromises
Show up well prepared and with full attention, especially from connection with myself. That's what I do. I call it vulnerable force. I trust that this is exactly what is needed in a session or training. I believe in the power of customisation and am not into the one size fits all. Therefore, I always shape programmes, with or without a co-trainer, carefully and following a good intake and connection with the client.
