We are for real

Honesty typifies me. A friend of mine once said: 'it's okay to lie sometimes, it's nice for the other person'. I find it hard to be anything but honest, even if sometimes it is not nice to hear. I like transparency and sincere connections.

We are of the wall

What makes me different or peculiar? My colleagues say it is my Hague accent. Apart from that, I think my curiosity sometimes causes others to find me unusual. From fixing cars to kiting or just putting on gel nails, I like to try everything.

We innovate for tomorrow

I love trying new things and experimenting. For instance, I like living for periods abroad to let myself be surprised by all the beauty in the world. I work as a learning experience designer at MWP because I like to experiment with (alternative) ways of learning. I strive to create organisations where employees 'have to' perform less and are 'allowed' to try more. That is where I believe there is growth.

We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee

If we work together, you will probably get to know me as an enthusiastic, driven sparring partner who also asks the critical question. I like to work as a team. To deliver the most impactful programme, I can sometimes stingen on goals, motivation and real change readiness in the organisation.

We score without compromises

Quality is very important to me. I like to enter into dialogue to make a plan together on how we can really make an impact. In doing so, I often do not choose the easiest route, but the 'best' one. I like to create an inspiring programme based on clear objectives and an effective approach.
