We are for real

For me, creating a safe setting in which you can be yourself is a prerequisite for optimal growth. This starts with myself by being open and vulnerable. I always give something of myself first, so that I invite the other person to do the same. It makes me happy to experience how that creates a real connection and brings the real conversation to the table. This is what I do it for! 

We are of the wall

Where most would rather disappear if they have to tell or present something in front of a group, this is one of my greatest passions. Even as a child, I climbed on stage to tell my story, if only I could 'perform'. For me, self-expression is a way to inspire and invite others to express themselves. 

We innovate for tomorrow

I am infinitely curious in being able to fathom myself and others. From an early age, I asked the 'why' behind the 'why' question. I don't know any better or I am constantly reinventing myself. This is exactly what innovation is about for me; being able to go beyond your own thinking patterns and perception. I take courses to deepen my knowledge, but above all I get inspired by the many new encounters that come my way every day.  

We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee

Recently, I received the apt feedback that I combine lightness with depth. With humour and flair, I connect easily and am approachable. This helps the other person to open up and be themselves. I express my depth by lovingly confronting the other person and holding up a mirror to them. It is visible when the core is touched. 

We score without compromises

When I do something, I go all the way. In the past, this sometimes expressed itself in perfectionism. Since then, I have learned that it is mainly about doing, going for it and learning from it. I am always driven to bring out the potential in something or someone. By setting clear and challenging goals, I strive for quality and challenge others to take ownership. My belief is that there is ALWAYS room for growth.
