We are for real

I believe you have a personality, for me there is no Xerva-on-the-work and a Xerva-private. As MWP people, we know and share a lot with each other, which makes our bond, but also the company and our contact open and honest. I love real contact, it makes working together so much nicer, more fun and better. Down with blabla! 

We are of the wall

My eye for detail does occasionally go a long way, and besides that, I like variety and variation. So I also work in other fields besides project management.

We innovate for tomorrow

A day without learning is a day not lived, I love doing new things and meeting new people and embedding that in my work. Learning is growth.

We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee

I don't like confrontations, but seek them out when necessary, hard on results and soft on people. In order to get or stay in the best workflow together. 

We score without compromises

I have a great sense of responsibility and like to bring things to a successful conclusion. I am also a strategist - how do I best achieve our goals? I love that puzzling. That can sometimes feel like a compromise, but it's not 😉
