I like people - generally speaking - a lot! Am good at building genuine connections, which helps me meet each client's needs, which in turn leads to meaningful and successful outcomes within projects. I say what I think and do what I say.
We are of the wall
Born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, just before the civil war broke out there. At my 5e fled to the Netherlands to eventually grow into a real cheesehead. Old, mature, young, cheddar - I love them all! I also sing in a reggae band and make my own songs.
We innovate for tomorrow
I do my best to become a better version of myself, both professionally and personally. I regularly ask for feedback and always apply what I learn to the best of my ability. Am committed to the planet, curious about the future. I also don't shy away from using AI (but I really typed this text myself).
We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee
When the assignment allows, I like to first invest time and energy in getting to know the client well. Only when we understand the other person, speak the same language and we are at ease with each other, can we really 'strike' and make the biggest impact.
We score without compromises
Scoring is not only done when the end result is achieved, but also during the running of a project. I find it important to check in regularly in the interim so that both the client and I are sure that we are satisfied with the progress and can make adjustments where necessary. This keeps us going straight for our common goals, no compromises needed!
