We are for real

I have a lot of energy and many tentacles. This makes me quick to pick up 'undercurrent' and 'upper current' and put them into words. I struggle with business jargon and like to describe things in words you can understand and feel through.

We are of the wall

It has often been returned to me that I am quite unconventional. I like to take in multiple perspectives and therefore do not see why there is only one way things could happen, grow, emerge or be. Always trying to shape life and (work) relationships so that they serve both your immediate environment and yourself... never a dull moment.

We innovate for tomorrow

Nature is my greatest source of innovation. There was once an exhibition on the qualities of animals at the World Museum... from dung beetle to polar bear... you could briefly 'become' or 'feel through' an aspect of that animal in interaction. Wow! What a simple creature we as humans are then compared to these masters of... flight... sonar use... balance... interplay....

We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee

Constructive conflict... I strongly believe in it! In the value of different, sometimes contrasting perspectives. Full transparency. To ultimately improve the collaboration, (working) relationship or dynamics. I have learned to communicate that goal well, so that the flash of panic ("Why are you doing this?!") in the eyes of the other person can soon disappear. A stronger 'together' can be built.

We score without compromises

Well, calling yourself a professional idiot... let me do it. I love my profession very much, the diversity that we have as human beings, connecting and innovating.
