We are for real

At the beginning of my career, I worked for a large corporate for just under six years. During the last three years I worked here, I attended the ‘Professional Communication’ training programme of Phoenix Training Courses. This training accelerated and increased my introspection and made me aware of patterns that no longer served me. I often call it ‘the way in’. This road was sometimes very difficult and hard, but at the same time it also made me sharpen my focus on what I wanted. In the middle of Covid, I quit my job and started working for myself as a trainer and coach. Making that choice was terrifying, but now I can say that I couldn't have made a better choice.

We are of the wall

I am a family man and sports enthusiast and have an infinite interest in personal development. I love a personal, in-depth conversation as well as light-heartedness and humour. Perhaps that is what characterises me the most: my duality. I use both my intellect and my feelings and switch between strength and vulnerability.

We innovate for tomorrow

I believe in self-awareness. That through self-knowledge and self-insight, you learn to understand yourself better and better and can thus steer and take control of your life. This allows you to be more and more yourself within your own context. For me, self-awareness is therefore the key to growth, development and effective change. I myself have tried all kinds of things. Think of therapy, training, courses and coaching. I strongly believe that the more aware I am/the more present I am, the better I can help/coach others.

We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee

I offer a safe environment by offering a listening ear and bringing in your own (vulnerable) examples when the situation calls for it. From this safe setting, I will challenge and confront you so that you can get the most out of yourself.

We score without compromises

Do it right or don't do it. That has long been one of my guiding principles in my work. I choose as consciously as possible what I do and don't spend my time on. As a result, I do the things I do with a lot of passion and enthusiasm. On the other hand, it also means that I sometimes refuse an assignment when it is not a good fit.
