We are for real
What you see is what you get, that's what's important to me. No double agendas, open and honest, even if this is sometimes difficult. In my work, I succeed in opening doors through genuine curiosity. Always with the intention of moving forward. Perhaps it is my innate ability to feel and adapt to what is needed at that moment.
We are of the wall
Born in Sri Lanka and raised in Branbant. I already stood out anyway, and secretly I think this is also my super power. I can adapt to my surroundings and I dare to remain myself. I have learned this over the years, through trial and error. It has culminated in a skillset of being results-oriented and a high capacity of (organisational) sensitivity.
We innovate for tomorrow
As cliché as it sounds and yet it really is true for me, a day without learning is really not done for me. I learn from the people I work with, I attend training courses, read a lot and, above all, I learn most from my two kids. For me, it is essential that I actually bring change and renewal in my work, getting people into action is what makes me happy.
We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee
Directness combined with genuine interest, with this I create space for new insights and progress. Because that is what we go for, together, the good the bad and the ugly. As far as I am concerned, that is what it takes to achieve real results!
We score without compromises
Achieving results only happens when there is room for authenticity. (Work) masks off, and together give real commitment to take a step. For this, having trust is a must. That is the foundation of every training, coaching I do.
