We are for real

I am Jonathan Lewis, born in 1968 in the UK. My passion lies in personal development. After years in the financial sector, I now coach individuals and groups with a focus on self-awareness and growth.

In a world full of extroverted coaches, I am an introvert. My strength lies in quietness, depth and listening, leading to surprising, confrontational and meaningful insights. My still waters have deep grounds.... 

We are of the wall

I believe our society needs a new structure based on partnership, collaboration and deep connections. Every day, I delve into this through talks, podcasts and books. Beware if you ask me about this, because I can talk endlessly about it! 

We innovate for tomorrow

Quite simply, because of my huge passion for this profession and the support of self-development in every human being, it comes naturally. It doesn't feel like an 'endeavour' I always go that extra mile from intuition and interest, learning outside my comfort zone, otherwise t quickly becomes boring or a trick for me.

In my sessions, I combine gentleness with incisiveness. I create a safe environment, but also ask sharp, confrontational questions. I am sometimes ruthless in my coaching, but always from a safe base. 

We score without compromises

My clients sometimes call me the 'master of the moment'. I have the ability to distil from a client's or group's story exactly that one key point that summarises the pattern clearly and pictorially. And that image is sure to stick with you....!
