Mind Work Productions, in co-creation with ABN AMRO, developed the Start2Lead Programme, a leadership programme specifically designed for new managers with 0-6 months of experience. 

This programme focuses on strengthening core leadership skills and offers modules that go deep into personal leadership, inspiring teams, and effective team management - in line with ABN AMRO's core values, leadership framework and strategic goals.

The Start2Lead Programme helps participants get a clear picture of who they are as a leader and how they can use this to motivate others, create psychological safety, and achieve sustainable performance. Through a combination of multi-day (outdoor) events, training, personal coaching, peer review and yuck experiments, participants learn to understand their impact on team dynamics and demonstrate leadership in a complex, international work environment. In doing so, they contribute to ABN AMRO's strategic growth and success.
