BDO's "Horizon in the Region" programme.

BDO's ambition was to create a working environment that is not only professional and safe, but also instructive and enjoyable for all employees. The aim was to develop a culture in which employees feel responsible and ownership of their work and can develop continuously. Mind Work Productions was asked to design and implement the "Horizon in the Region" programme. This programme focuses on strengthening BDO's core values and closing the gap between the current and desired corporate culture.

The programme started with living through, understanding and reinforcing the core values. Employees needed to know not only what the core values are, but also how to apply them in their daily work and develop in them.

In addition, much attention was paid to job satisfaction and creating a pleasant working atmosphere in which employees were energised by their work. It was also important that employees could be themselves, develop and express ideas freely. Employees got inspiration and a clear picture of their role and expectations. This made employees feel responsible for expressing behaviour in line with the core values.
