We are for real

What you see is what you get ... through life I have been able to learn that authenticity, honesty and vulnerability make life a lot easier. Through personal coaching, training and guidance, I have taken beautiful steps in this direction. This not only promotes personal growth, but also leads to deeper connections and more effective partnerships.

We are of the wall

I call myself an Optimiser & Jester. I like to look at what people are unique at, what they already do well and optimise from there, making them even more self-confident in life. As a Jester, I only do something when asked, then I give my truth and pierce through where it hurts. It is up to the other person what he or she does with it afterwards, that is not my business.

We innovate for tomorrow

Once a manager said of me; 'Bert is change'. In my life, I am always looking for my own core, my individuality, for who I really am, for development and personal growth. I do this by immersing myself in all kinds of movements, which I then translate into my work.

'Optimise the world, start with yourself' .... and that is not the easiest path.

We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee

As Jester, I pierce where it hurts, which is sometimes very confrontational. It is also called provocative coaching, but from the heart, with respect for the other person and their history. We all need a mirror in life to grow, people who trigger us are ultimately life's gifts.

We score without compromises

I once learned the phrase ... 'Contact - Contract'.
Without a good contract, there can be no good contact either. In the end, it comes at the expense of contact with all its consequences. That is why concluding a good contract at the front is very important to me in the work I do. So that together we know where we want to go, what we want to achieve, what we stand for and stay in contact about that.
