We are for real

Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of bringing two children into the world. A powerful and humbling experience, but certainly also chaotic and from time to time stressful. So was the time when I was still breastfeeding and already back at work. I added the word 'pumping' to the vocabulary of quite a few (young) colleagues. Honest as I was about how I was doing or what was expected of me. 

We are of the wall

I went to a primary school where I was taught philosophy, Sanskrit, Indian dance and meditation. This, certainly in the eyes of my peers at the time, made me quite different (possibly the term peculiar was used more often). However, I considered myself quite normal, but was given something extra. For example, from a young age I knew the power of thoughts and experienced what meditation had to offer. 

We innovate for tomorrow

Development and growth is like oxygen for me, I can't go long without it. For instance, I recently got the opportunity to take a course in Artificial Intelligence and then train impact entrepreneurs in it. I believe I had used Chat GPT once but grabbed the opportunity with both hands. I also often read five non-fiction books interchangeably and binge podcasts. 

We float like a butterfly and sting like a bee

If the real topic at hand in a training session or conversation is avoided, I often catch on unerringly. I facilitate the safe space where the real conversation can be had, even if it is sometimes uncomfortable, confrontational or uncomfortable.  

We score without compromises

If it is necessary that the playbook goes into the trash, then it goes into the trash. I am fully committed to achieving the desired outcome and the people I work with. If the shape turns out not to fit then we look for a new shape, just until it fits.
